On August 25, 2026, we became aware of a security breach affecting one of our third-party analytics vendors that may potentially impact bitbybit's security.
We have initiated our incident-response process and are actively investigating the scope of the breach and any potential impact on bitbybit systems and customer information. Based on our initial review, any potential impact would be limited to our messaging services.
At this time, we have not confirmed that any bitbybit systems or customer information have been affected, and we are working with the vendor to determine the full extent of the incident. Our services remain operational.
